The Bachelor's Solisa: Already Found Love?

The Bachelor, season 11, promises there is a twist to come. Yes, I know that most people don't watch this show and its ratings have plummeted since the first season, but for remaining fans of the show or fans of the popular Austin, Texas-based band Reckless Kelly, this should raise some eyebrows.


Esthetician Solisa, one of this year's bachelorettes, hails from Austin, Texas, just as Bachelor Brad Womack does. Some are speculating that the show's twist is that the two already know each other; I haven't found any proof of this. But, it looks like Solisa may already be taken. By whom? Reckless Kelly guitarist and singer Willy Braun.





See for example, the profile of "~Cheri~" which features a photo of Solisa and Willy. Its caption: "Hottest Couple in Town."



Then, pay a visit to the page of "Elizabeth" and you will find messages from Cheri. In one, dated May 22, 2007, Cheri announces that Solisa has been asked to appear on The Bachelor. In a later message dated August 26, 2007, Cheri tells Elizabeth that there are "good things" going on between Solisa and Willy. These good things persist it seems--as suggested by the aforementioned photo on Cheri's profile.



Rumors have also circulated that Solisa once auditioned for American Idol. Hmmm, so she's possibly dating a successful country musician, has hopes of scoring a record deal, and is now a Bachelor contestant. It looks like Solisa might not be looking for love after all.

Is there a June 2008 wedding in store for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt?

A Tiffany & Co. wedding registry suggests that the couple may wed on June 1 of next year. The registry, assigned to "Heidi Montag and Spence Pratt," includes a variety of tasteful items leading one to believe Spencer had no hand in their selection.

The couple, who became engaged in May, have yet to publicly announce a wedding date. Heidi was spotted wedding dress shopping in early September.

Sarah Larson's life before Fear Factor and Las Vegas: Ordinary?

This may be my last Sarah Larson posting (unless, of course, anyone has some tips they want to share). From what I've found, she seems like a nice, normal girl. No sordid past. Sorry, ladies, George may actually stick with this one!

Today, Celebrity Insider posted a letter written by a guy who goes by the moniker Pizza T. Mr. Pizza claims to have dated Sarah for six years. A self-proclaimed "hippy thug," this guy's a far cry from George Clooney. He also says that Sarah is a college-eduated gal who attended Evergreen State College. Sure enough, the 2001 grad list from Evergreen lists Sarah Lorraine Larson as a Bachelor's degree recipient. This all begs the question, why Las Vegas and nightclub waitressing?

Exclusive Update on George Clooney's New Mystery Girlfriend, Sarah Larson

Does George Clooney's new girlfriend want to keep her background a secret?

Earlier this week, coverage and photos of George Clooney's new girlfriend, Sarah Larson, of Las Vegas, who accompanied him at the Deauville Film Festival and at various outings in Venice, began circulating over the Web. Referenced in the press as a "model," I was baffled by her lack of search-engine presence. It seemed she was completely off the Google radar. But then I came upon this bit from Jeremy Pond of Vegas Confidential. By far, this is the best reporting to date on Clooney's new love. As per usual, the mainstream press is holding its breath. Boring.

Go-go dancer? Model? Or a combination thereof? Whatever her occupation, it doesn't really matter. It is however fun to compare her new wardrobe with the pre-Clooney wardrobe shown below.
